Mr. Arnoff is an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers and is admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.  Mr. Roth is also an Enrolled Agent and holds a Masters with a specialty in Estates and Taxation.  He is knowledgeable in real estate matters, and advises on issues involving aging and asset protection.  Arnoff and Roth are partners in the tax consulting firm of Incompass Tax, Estate and Business Solutions.  Together, they have prepared or reviewed more than 25,000 tax returns.
